Pricing

A free scan first. Then 30 to 90 days of actual testing.

The scan is genuinely free and needs no email. If you want the findings fixed and then tested against real buyers, the programmes below run the demand-signal sweep, ship the changes, and measure what moves.

After the scan

A scan tells you what is wrong. A programme finds out what works.

Fixing a title tag is not a growth strategy. These programmes run the sweep, ship the changes, and then test message, channel, and price against real buyers for 30 to 90 days.

Your pricing: Split at the decision gate

Part of the fee up front, the rest only after the first decision memo. Demand First runs its own pricing experiment, so different visitors see different commercial structures. The one shown here is the one you are quoted, and it is held for 30 days.

  • A prioritised fix list, with up to 5 pages rewritten and shipped
  • One priced proposition test with a declared stop rule

INCLUDED

Demand First's work

Signal sweeps across Reddit, YouTube, TikTok and community threads; emerging-query review; the audit and the fixes; experiment design, instrumentation, operation, and analysis; and every decision memo in the programme.

SEPARATE

Third-party inputs

Paid media, respondent panels, domains, and paid tooling are approved and funded separately. Nothing is committed on your behalf without written approval and a cap.

NOT INCLUDED

Guaranteed outcomes

No guaranteed ranking, placement, install volume, or revenue. A programme buys disciplined evidence and the decisions that follow from it, never a promised number.

An enquiry is not a purchase. If the programme is a fit, Demand First proposes the terms, the experiments, the exposure floors, the stop rules, the reporting dates, the fee, and the third-party budget in writing first.

Scope first

You can decline before any charge, launch, or publication.

Decision gates

Every 30 days the programme produces a memo and an explicit continue-or-stop decision.

Spend is capped

External costs require approval and a ceiling before Demand First commits them.

Negative is valid

A well-supported STOP is a result, and it is often the most valuable one.

The programmes need a live surface to measure. If the product does not exist, the founding Demand Test Sprint tests one priced proposition before you build it: $1,500 for one fixed-scope B2B SaaS test, with $500–$1,500 typical test spend in separately approved inputs.

Review application status
Why does someone else see a different price?

Because Demand First is running the same kind of experiment it sells. Three commercial structures are live at once, assigned at random and then held in a cookie for 30 days. The structure you see is the structure you are quoted. This is disclosed here rather than discovered later.

Is the scan really free?

Yes. No email, no account, and the URL is not stored. It runs on the same rules engine used at the start of every programme, so what you see is what Demand First would start from.

How is trend tracking actually done?

Through a manually operated pipeline over exports assembled from Reddit, YouTube, TikTok, community threads, and search-query data. No always-on platform API is connected, and none is implied. A term is only ranked when at least two independent sources corroborate it; anything thinner is reported as insufficient rather than dressed up.

Can I stop partway through?

Under the monthly structure, yes, at every 30-day decision gate. Under the split structure you can stop at the first memo and owe nothing further. Under the single programme fee the engagement is paid up front and ends at the final memo. The written scope states which applies to you.

Do you guarantee rankings or installs?

No, and any agency that does is guessing. What is guaranteed is the method: declared exposure floors, declared stop rules, and a decision memo whether the result is good or bad.

Who owns the work and the data?

You retain your material and the changes shipped to your site. Exact confidentiality, aggregate-method learning, retention, and asset ownership require the written scope and reviewed terms.
