Website terms

Plain-language conditions for using this pre-launch website. Separate reviewed terms will be required before any paid demand experiment or opportunity transaction.

Draft updated 14 July 2026Professional review required

1. Status of these terms

Demand First is a pre-launch demand experiment. The current site presents the planned product, accepts beta-interest submissions, and uses clearly labeled prototype interfaces to measure demand. It is not yet the automated validation platform or opportunity exchange described by the product vision.

By using the public site, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its operation. Submitting an experiment or email is governed additionally by the current Privacy notice. The intended experiment modes are explained in the draft Experiment Terms.

2. Using the site

You may browse the site, inspect sample opportunities, and submit genuine beta interest. You are responsible for the information you provide and for ensuring that you have the right to provide it.

A queued submission is not an acceptance, service order, launch commitment, exclusivity grant, reservation, or promise that Demand First will run an experiment.

3. Sample data and prototype interfaces

Opportunity names, Demand Scores, funnels, benchmarks, prices, market statuses, and geographic signals labeled as demo, sample, prototype, or illustrative are fictional demonstrations of the planned interface. They are not verified market results or offers to buy, sell, reserve, or license an opportunity.

Do not make investment, product, hiring, or purchasing decisions from sample data. Demand First does not claim to have completed the experiments represented by those demonstrations.

4. Ideas and submissions

You retain your rights in the underlying idea and materials you submit. Sending an idea through the beta form does not transfer ownership of that idea to Demand First.

The submission form is not an NDA. Do not provide source code, credentials, regulated data, trade secrets, or confidential information you are not prepared to share for beta evaluation. Any future rights to run an experiment, analyze resulting behavior, or list platform-generated intelligence must be stated in a separate, expressly accepted agreement.

5. Beta services and pricing

Prices shown are pre-launch hypotheses unless a separate written scope says otherwise. Demand First does not currently take automated payment for sample opportunities through this site. Before paid work begins, the parties must confirm the experiment scope, price, responsibilities, cancellation rules, data treatment, and applicable terms.

Demand First does not guarantee a Demand Score, a BUILD recommendation, customer demand, marketplace eligibility, a buyer, revenue, financing, or commercial success.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the site to:

  • submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful propositions;
  • collect or expose personal information without a lawful basis;
  • probe, disrupt, overload, scrape at unreasonable volume, or bypass access controls;
  • misrepresent sample data as verified Demand First research; or
  • impersonate another person or submit materials without authority.

7. Limits and disclaimers

The pre-launch site is provided for evaluation and may change, contain errors, or be unavailable. Product and market evidence is inherently uncertain. No information on this site is financial, legal, investment, or professional advice.

Any warranties, liability limits, indemnities, governing law, dispute process, refunds, and service commitments for paid beta work must be defined in professionally reviewed terms before that work begins.

8. Changes and contact

These draft terms will change as the beta model, operating entity, and legal framework are finalized. Material terms applicable to a paid experiment should be presented before agreement, not applied retroactively.

Before public data collection begins, Demand First must publish a verified legal contact, operating-entity details, and the jurisdiction governing these terms.
